By using SurpriseQR, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

Service Description

SurpriseQR allows you to create private digital surprises that can be accessed via QR codes. We provide:

• A platform to create personalized surprise messages
• Media upload and storage (images and videos)
• QR code generation for easy sharing
• Theme customization options
• Password protection (Premium)
• Scheduled unlocking (Premium)

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SurpriseQR for:

• Any illegal or harmful purposes
• Sharing content that violates others' rights
• Uploading malicious files or content
• Harassment or abuse of any kind
• Content that is obscene, defamatory, or threatening

Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of delivering your surprise.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

Pricing and Refunds

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are one-time and non-recurring.

• Basic Plan: ₹99 (~$1.2 USD)
• Premium Plan: ₹199 (~$2.4 USD)

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues that prevent your surprise from being delivered.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Surprises are available for their specified duration (30 or 90 days) after which they are automatically deleted.

Limitation of Liability

SurpriseQR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
